I. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the Town Council was called to order at 8:40 A.M. in the Town Hall by Chairman Hines. Members present: Mrs. Hornaday, Messrs: Hines and Woodford. Absent Shea and Carlson..
II OLD BUSINESS
03/04/09 FY 04/05 Budget: Set Referendum Date on Recommended Board of Finance Budget June 7, 2004.
On a motion made by Mrs. Hornaday seconded by Mr. Woodford, it was voted:
RESOLVED: That the Town Council instruct the Town Clerk to publish a legal notice establishing the Referendum Date as June 7, 2004.
Mrs. Hornaday, Messrs: Hines and Woodford voted in favor.
03/04/84 Adopt Resolution: Polls to be open 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2004 for Referendum.
On a motion made by Mr. Woodford, seconded by Mrs. Hornaday, it was voted:
RESOLVED; That the Town Council authorize the extension of the hours of the June 7, 2004 Budget Referendum from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Hornaday, Messrs: Hines and Woodford voted in favor.
